What Causes Anxiety And Nervousness?

I am 31 y/o and 155 cm height/ 45 kg...UTI and typhoid fever were my medical history....I was just injected DMPA injection as my family planning method.. after 4 injections since last year, recently i felt that i was always experiencing anxiety and nervousness... does DMPA injection might be the cause.... please advise. thank you! -jenny
