What Causes Anxiety And Palpitations During Perimenopause?

Hello I am a 54 year old female this is my 5th year in perimenopause, and the last couple of months has been more severe. It s causing anxiety and palpitations, had an ECHO done in January it came back normal, thyroid test was normal also. Is there anything else that can help with subsiding them?

These are common post-menopausal symptoms and it is due to hormonal changes at the time of menopause. You will get benefited from hormone replacement therapy and you can consult a gynecologist, she will direct you accordingly. Wishing you good health.
