What Causes Anxiety, dry Mouth And Fatigue?

Hello I feel as if I have an underlying condition with my hormones as I don t feel normal. I Suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Mood swings I have a constant dryness in my mouth and heavy feeling in my head. I get fatigued fairly easily and find it hard to do jobs quickly without becoming exhausted. At 15 I started to have palpitations they have carried on for 5 years I am now 20. They get worse when I exercise hard so I try not to as it triggers them, but the problem is I am not really improving in my strength as I cant push it to much otherwise it will trigger them. I also suffer from mild cystic acne that does not seem to improve and recent digestive problems. Recently in the past 2 months I have developed a testicular atrophy that has come out of nowhere, I have had an ultrasound tests to diagnose what it is, however no bumps no cause for concern, they say there might of been some torsion when I was younger but why has it developed now? Lots of small problems are making this into a big problem and it feels as if i cant progress, any ideas of what the symptoms could be? I have been to the doctor had blood tests before i also have thalassemia minor but shouldn t have anything to do with it. Most recent visit for my atrophy but no real indication for why its happened just said it was torsion when i was younger but if so why did it reduce in size now. I would really appreciate an insightful answer that could give me an indication of what my symptoms mean or some advice on where to do now, thankyou.

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank your for asking on HCM! I read your concerns very carefully and i would like to do you some more questions which i think are very important and helpful to make a diagnosis.
-Did you have a normal growth as a child?
-What is your height and weight actually?
-Is your height appropriate with that of your mum and dad?
-Do you have erectile disfunction?
First of all a growth hormone deficiency should be ruled out as a cause of your constant fatigue and exhaustion. May be it is not diagnosed during your childhood and adolescence.
The testicular atrophy you report must be accompanied with some hormonal examinations including Testosterone level, FSH, LH,estradiol and if they result to be normal together with a normal result of ultrasound, we can say not to get worried.
You can discuss again with your doctor and see the possibility of some more examinations.
Hope to be somewhat helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
