What Causes Appearance Of Blue Veins,increase In Size Of Breast And Headache?

I've been on loestrin 24 since December 2009, through out the past year i would say I haven't had any side effects. Up until recently (past 3 months) my breasts have increased in size, blue veins have become visible over my chest, breasts, and even stomach, I have been getting severe headahes, and my lower abdomine feels extremely heavy. In addition to the physical changes, I've become very emotional and even experienced my first panic attack a month ago (assuming it was the reason for my period coming late/barely bleeding). Could this just be side effects of my birth control finally occurring, or could they mean I am pregnant?

Note- I had unprotected sex Jan. 1, 2011. I've taken 2 hpt, both negative, and I just went to the doctor for a pee test on 3/28 and it too was negative.
