My 5 month old son is constantly crying will not eat his bottles and has really bad water stools with white spot I give him tylanol but it just seems to get worse every day and doesn't sleep only sleeps for 1 to 2 hrs at a time then wakes up crying and has a horrible cough

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . He is having acute gastroenteritis and also respiratory tract infection . He is just 5 months old .
