What Causes Appetite Loss And Nausea?

I have been feeling unwell lately. In general, it is an overall feeling. But, most recently, I have a loss of appetite, occasional unexplained nausea, extremely tired, constant headache, and have even thrown up twice, which results in loss of voice for numerous days. Does this sound like something I should be concerned enough about to go to the doctor? Does it seem to point to anything more than a virus or seasonal issue?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be viral laryngitis like acute infective condition or can be subacute hepatitis B .

For your work up indirect laryngoscopy examination can be done to check larynx inflammation if present

Investigate with CBC, SGOT, SGPT as well.
According to reports further management plan decided.
If viral infection present than symptomatic management done for that

Take care

Hope this will help you
