What Causes Arthritic Symptoms And Low Thyroid?

I have arthritic symptoms in both wrists and knees some in shoulders. Waiting for rheumy appt. RF was 26 and see rate 54 back in October Dr who is treating low thyroid put me on hydrocortisone/methyl preen is alone 5mg/1mg has helped a lot with pain but not sure i can take due to side effects. Is there anything else I can try.

I have studied your case with diligence.

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are prescribed in severe cases.
As you have RA test positive prognosis is not too good.
Newer biologics have role in RA.
