i m shikha bagadia from nashik. My age iz 18years old n i have been broke down my verginity when i was 17years old. So because of diz pblm i have been got shivered out my body whn i was slept one day in eveng n frm dat day i have ben attracted to d sexual partz of both female n male n due to diz i dnt get seep in night as well as i m alwayz to be disturb out for diz thng. I m nt gettng wht shld i do n whch doctor shld i consult for diz even i cnt concentrate on my study

hi dear,
having sexual activities first time leads to much curiosity about sex and you might be enjoyed during sex which also leads to attraction to sexual parts. and this is the age when hormonal changes occur and leads to attraction towards opposite sex. every body of this age sexually attracted towards opposite sex. so not to worry about sexual attraction. and you don't sleep due to excessive thinking about sex and this leads to excitement in you and secondary sleep disturbance.
not to worry much and if needed consult psychiatrist for detail counselling.
