What Causes Awful Noises And Pain In Stomach?

So before I had chicken wings and chips for lunch, about rough 2 hours my belly starts making these awful noises. Then my belly starts aching a lot!, so if got to the toilet I stay there for about 30 mins, come out and my bottom keeps paining. I ve had diahrrea before but what could be the cause?

You have problem of abdominal pain and voise that may be because of more gas formation in stomach.

Intestinal infection like celiac disease may cause abdominal sound and discomfort.

More fatty food and oily food cause abdominal bloting problem.

Lactose intolerance may cause this type of symptoms.

Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
