What Causes Back And Joint Pains And Gel Like Substance While Urinating?

MY BODY HURTS ESPECIALLY MY BACK AND JOINTS, MY STOMACH DOES AT TIMES TOO, I SLEEP OFTEN ONCE AM SEATED BUT NOT EASY TO SLEEP JUST LIKE THAT WHEN ON BED. WHENEVER I HAVE NOT HAD SEX FOR A WHILE, WHILE GOING TO TOILET I SEE TICK GEL SUBSTANCE COMING OUT AFTER URINE WHILE TRYING TO PUSH OUT THE WASTE. I ALSO BLOW OUT FROM MY NOSE GEL KIND OF BALL, PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT ALL THIS MEANS CUS ITS BEEN THIS WAY FOR FEW YEARS AND AM NOT COMFORTABLE taking anti biotics, i also have somethings like strong boils coming out of my laps close to my private part, it comes out and kind of dries back in leaving black spots

The back and joint pains are not related to the urinary discharge. Get a urine analysis and culture done to find out.
