What Causes Back Pain After A Muscle Pull?

Hi.. I m 24 years girl. I got back pain ( at the end of spinal) when I bent down suddenly last week. My family doctor told its a muscular pull and gave tablets. But still its persisting after 7 days. Today I checked with an ortho and took xray. In that the lower 2 discs were together without any gap. Is it a serious issue. What s the remedy for this. I m unable to sit more than 10 minutes.. Give some solution pls

welcome to hcm,
If i were your treating physician i will definately advice you stretching exercises along with a physiotherapy consultation for relieving your pain. if the gap between the two discs it will create a pressure to the nerves passing in between and will cause a chronic pain . hope physiotherapy and stretching exercises will help
with reagards
