What Causes Back Pain After Having Capzasin Hp?

Used Capzasin Hp arthritis medicine on my daughter she is 20 was having really bad back pain. it has turned red and is causing her quite a bit of discomfort, I washed with a mild soap and cool water and have an ice pack on her now is there anything I can put on it to counter act the heat

You can consider the use of an anti inflammatory pain killer such as ibuprofen, cataflam, aspirin, naproxen.

One of these can be used. It would be available over the counter.

In addition, applying a mild topical steroid cream may also be helpful to dampen her reaction.
