What Causes Back Pain And Blood In Stool With Family History Of Cancer?

i have had a pain in myback now for a week,it feels like someone is cutting me straight across the middle of my back,this morning after going to the loo there was a little bright red blood on the toilet paper after passin faeces; i have been taking paracetmol for the pain but having no effect, now i am worried becausooe my father died of cancer over 30 years ago should i be worried?

There are various reasons for back pain with blood in stool as:
- Fissure
- Hemorrhoid
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease
- Gastroenteritis
- Other intestine pathology
- Coagulation disorder
- Others

Need systemic case evaluation with procto-anoscopy with or without colonoscopy as per the clinical concern.
