What Causes Back Pain And Burning Sensation In The Urethra?

I have lower left side back pain I have been treated for a UTI this past 2weeks. I haven t had a fever, just full bladder feeling, burning sensation in urethra and back pain. I had another culture today , but no infection. What might be causing my pain? I m going out of town this weekend and don t want to be ill

Dear patient
Lower urinary tract infection can be associated with lower back pain and is usual finding. So do not worry. since you are being treated for UTI back pain will be relieved in few days. if it's bothering you you can take tab ultracet twice a week for 3 days. Local application of dynapar gel will also help. Drink plenty of water.
