Dear patient Lower urinary tract infection can be associated with lower back pain and is usual finding. So do not worry. since you are being treated for UTI back pain will be relieved in few days. if it's bothering you you can take tab ultracet twice a week for 3 days. Local application of dynapar gel will also help. Drink plenty of water.
