General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Symptoms are due to stone and not prostate. Consult a general surgeon or urologist or both can treat you in the best way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
