What Causes Back Pain And Stomach Pain?

Im on doxycycline bc of stomach pain and back pain. I am 35 years old. I just got over my period and now im spotting and the pain is still there since starting prescription 3 days ago. Know sign of infection with blood work and know sign of urinary tract infection.Doctor said it is pelvic inflammatory disease????

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be pelvic inflammtory disease.

For conformation go for ultrasound of abdomen. So that other missing diagnosis can be conformed.

Take proper antibiotic course of infection.
