What Causes Back Pain And Trouble In Urination?

I am Biswajit paul,Senior teacher, Dinomoni Secondary School, Kushtia,Bangladesh. Age : 42, Sex : male. Height : 5 fit 7 inches, Weight : 68 Kg & married person. Now I am suffering from back pain & urine not cleared after leaving urine. Ultrasono report founds normal but neurologist Prof. M A Hannan of BSMMU(PG hospital), Dhaka has Commented co-nous problem by MRI report & I feel less strength both legs.
