What Causes Back Pain, Leg Pain, Arm Pain And Fever?

a few days ago i came down with a high fever, bout 103.6. it came along with pain in my back,legs, and arms. also hands. i cant open my hands, do everyday things like open a bottle, button up my shirt. i thought it was tendonitis. now my brother has it. he can barely move, or make a fist. our fingers move slow too

Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query my opinion is that you are suffering from chickengunia or dengue. Please visit physician as soon as possible. Please do not take analgesics till dengue get ruled out. Give rest to joints. Have dengue test and CBC get done and take treatment as prescribed by physician.
