What Causes Back Pain Near To Bridge Of The Neck?

My name is Rajamani. I have quite severe pain in the middle of the back about 6 to 7 inches below the bridge of the neck (spinal region). This pain increases if I bend to tie my shoe laces. Though application of heat and moov does help, yet the pain has not vanished. Yes, when I drive there is a bump the pain does appear. Pl help.

HI,
If you are elderly then there might be possibility of having cervical spondilitis giving this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical spines.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Afterwards go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy or cervical traction as advised by surgeon.
Ok and take care.
