What Causes Back Pain, Stomach Cramps And Chest Pain In Elderly?
45 year old male, military veteran, 233 lbs. Fire fighter. Symptoms for 1.5 weeks. Fever of above 101...sweating, chills. Back pain three days before fever started. No back pain for 1 week, but Hugh blood pressure, fatigue, stomach cramps amd/or chest pain.

It would have been great had I examined you on my own .The fever with chills , stomach cramp and back pain could having malaria or dengue or typhoid . Do not worry.
I would suggest yo to
- Get a blood haemoglobin , total count, NS1 Antigen (dengue) , malaria dual antigen , Widal test (typhoid) - Check you blood pressure - Drink loads of water to prevent dehydration - Get a Electrocardiogram done to rule out any cardiac pathology for the chest pain. - I would start tablet Paracetamol . Your doctor can guide on the exact dosage.
I would also suggest you to visit a physician. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
