What Causes Back Pain?

Have had pain in backside especially when going from sitting to standing - very uncomfortable - had it since September. Seemed to start when I went on motorbike holiday to America and is really painful right at bottom of spine, could I have damaged something???

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be slip disc or lumbar spondylosis.

So go for MRI of spine and get the diagnosis.

After that take proper treatment and physiotherapy.

Meanwhile take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel.

Avoid forward bending and lift heavy weight.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
