What Causes Back Pain,headache & Loose Motions?

i had severe backpain for two days, the next day when i woke up it was gone and i had loose motion. i took a tablet for it and went to school. there i experianced some headache and uneasiness for while ( 2 hrs). then whene ireturned home i had loose motion again

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The backache might have started due to the inflammation caused by colitis and thus this is a reflex pain.
Loose motions indicate that you have intestinal infection and the septicemia causing the headache too.
I would advise you the following:
This can turn to be serious if not attended well.
Get a clinical evaluation and examination done by a Doctor and get a prescription based antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics so that the problem may get cured.
Also get the stool tests and the tests of blood to see for infection and liver and kidney functions.
Take homemade food, boiled and cooled water, plenty of it to avoid dehydration.
Electrolyte solution so that the weakness is not felt.
