What Causes Backache And Chest Pain After Taking Autrin?

Hi, I am a female 27 years old my HB level was 7 4 months back i did take autrin tablets for a month, right now i am suffering from backache and chest pain.Backache happens when i sit for longer duration(cannot avoid as i am working) and chest pain starts when i walk or do any physical activity. what could be the reason for the same.My weight is 70kg and height is 165cm

Hello
You are an anemic ( hemoglobin is 7.4 gm %) and taking autrin i.e. vitamin B12 ,ferrous fumarate and folic acid .
Some times in few case iron preparation causes pain in the chest and so also in the back.
But you didn't mention the cause of anemia , so this pain in the back as well as in the chest may be due to anemia .
As you mentioned that pain occurs in the back , when you sit for long time i.e may be due to exertion or sitting posture due to anemia .
When walks ,then there is pain in the chest ,so this is also exertion pain .
In my opinion first of all find out the exact reason of low level of hemoglobin .
Once your Hb will reach > 11 gm % , you will get relief until and unless cause of anemia is only blood loss.
So consult your treating doctor and get his opinion.
