What Causes Bacteria To Increase In Urinalysis?

Hi, I am 29 yrs old, weigh - 78 kgs & height - 5'8 inches...I was diagnosed with kidney stones in 2007 for the first time & was thrown out of train in Dec 2008 salvaging life of others.Anyway, in Nov,2009 i had acute urinary track infection & a bacteria call Esch.Coli with power of 10(5) was observed...took Amikacin IV & was better in couple of Months...this got followed by a Panic Attack in March 2010 & certain unknown symptoms continued to trouble me till May'10 where i further got diagnosed with Vitamin B-12 & Folate deficiencies...The Treatment carried on since May'10 till Dec'10 & the neurologist later put me on censpram 10 mg od.Sir, i am also observed with Hitus Hernia causing me acute acidity...Sir, As per the latest tests i continue to have high level of cholestrol , SERUM CHOLESTROL -249,

Ldl cholestrol -178;Total /HDL cholestrol ratio -6.073, LDL/HDL Cholestrol ratio-4.341; Sir my Thyroid & Sugar Levels remains Normal; as far as LIPID Profile goes all parameteres are in range except Unconjugated (I.D Bilurbin) -0.4 & Globulin -3.66; Haemoglobin is 12.22 & E.S.R (Westergern) at 30.Sir, The Bacteria call Esch.Coli continues to be observed in urine samples until date at the power 10(5).Sir,I now take Aplrox 0.25 on SOS basis but dont really know what course should i follow....Plz Plz Plz Plz Advice....ACIDITITY continues to bother along with weakness & numbness on & off in the body...my personal reading is that perhaps this bacteria is manipulating secretion of essential nutrients, vitamins & minerals as i continues to observe on & off Folate or B12 deficiencies.
