What Causes Bad Vaginal Odor?
This is quite embarrassing but I have to find out what it is my vagina has a bad smell all the time I had a brownish discharg and I don't have health Insurance so I can't go to the doctor I've been have this problem for quite some time now it doesn't itch or burn it just smells bad!

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bacterial vaginosis.For my patients with such cases i advise metronidazole or clindamycine combined with clotrimazole in for of vaginal suppository or oral. I also recommend to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH, and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
