What Causes Bed Wetting In An Adult?

Hello,
My son (who is 20) is going to be a camp counselor this summer. In one week he leaves. He woke up this morning to find he had wet the bed! You can see self esteem and psychologically this is NOT good! He has NEVER had an episode of bet wetting since he was about 7 years old. Please advise!
