I am a 47 year old male .I am on blood pressure medication ,which maintains my blood pressure on normal levels . I also take mild cholestrol medication, which likewise keeps my cholestrol normal. I weigh 82 kg and my height is 1,82m[6feet]. I am generally healthy otherwise and has never had a stroke or heart attack or has fainted. Recently I had dinner in a restaurant together with my family. I had a few glasses of wine with my meal ,but was not intoxicated[I am used to drinking wine] .After leaving the restaurant I went outside and lit a cigarette. I smoke no more than 5 cigarettes a day> shortly thereafter I felt dizzy and fainted and fell to the ground>I recovered a minute or two later>This has never happened before. what could be the cause of this? A week later during the early morning and about an hour before I got up I wet my bed whilst I was sleeping and whilst I was dreaming about urinating> Although I am a deep sleeper this has never happened before and was obviously very embarassing to me. Why did this happen and is there any relation between the 2 incidents? I may add that my blood pressure medication makes me feel drowsy on ocassions>
