While teenage is a stage in a person's life when they are naturally anti-authority and rebellious, overt behavioural problems which go beyond a certain normal level require a medical consultation to first rule out a medical disorder (I can think of Wilson's disease - do Google it). If there is no medical problem, it might be necessary to get into professional school-based counselling to start with, but professional individualised counselling if needed at a later stage.
