What Causes Belching And Possible Presence Of GERD?

I am a diabled 51 y/o female RN (CAD,PAD, IDDM2 not e=well controlled at the moment, HTN, Obese,DES daughter w/hx of multiple Dermiod ovarian cysts including Left salpingoophrectomy, and likely familial polyposis of somekind with multiple body locations of non-cancerous cysts, 2010 dx of degen disk disease with spinal stenosis and cord injury and C4-C7 posterior fusion with hardware, multiple knee sugeries and R total knee replacement). Recent labs blood and urine all normal accept sugar. CT with oral contrast for r/o appy as i am allergic to IVP dyes. Recent vascular changes and a CT of head also ordered for memory issues. Recent symptomology is RLQ dull but consistatant pain aggrivated by movement, bending, etc. Positive Mc Burney but somewhat negative rebound. I have noticed increasing GERD symptoms the last year or so and recently had several hs episodes of belching vomit taste witout indegestion/burning?? Maternal Grandmother died of Esoph CA. What conditions should I be aware of that would be other than appy? He mentioned a name in regards to my deminishing vascular status and I can't remember the name(hence the head CT, duplex carotids were normal!!!). I have a deformed L kidney, all UA results are normal. I have some mild alternating D and C from my VIctoza amd Metformin. Just give me some relavant conditions and I'll do the research. Thanks
