What Causes Belly Pain And Vomiting After Hitting Cheek?
My 4 year o;ld son was playing with his cousins when one of them pushed him hard into a table and my son hit his cheek extremely hard. Within 10 minuts his cheek was bruised. About 2 hours later he says his belly hurts and he starts to vomoitt. He s been vomitting ever since. Do you think it s b/c of the fall or does he have the flu? He doesn t have a fever. Thanks!
