What Causes Bilateral Pitting Edema In Feet And Nkles And Bilateral Edema In Hands?

I have bilateral pitting edema in feet/ankles and bilateral edema in my hands. Onset 3 months ago. Normal blood results except LD, AST and ALT. Clear abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds. Clear venous and arterial ultrasounds of both legs. Clear echocardiogram and chest x-ray. Thyroid function normal. Negative to parvo, leptospiridium, hepatitis B&C. No markers for lupus, auto-immune, arthritis, rheumatoid. Responsive to moclobemide and lymphatic drainage massage. No other symptoms.

You did almost all the test but missed one test and that is thyroid function test looking to history of generalised oedema called "Anasarca" mal function of thyroid need to be ruled out, I hope you can understand this, and this answer would be helpful to you, I would be glad to help you further.
