What Causes Black Bile In Vomit?

I m prone to bad hangovers. As in ever since i was 18 when i m sick next day i cant hold any water etc. just wretch up bile for 6-9 hrs. Drink heavily 2 3 times a week. (Beer) couple of weeks ago i had black watery stool. It went next day. I drank heavily yesterday and had an above mentioned hangover. What s making me more worried is initially when i threw up it was black. Don t want to go A & E if it can be helped. Feel fine otherwise. I assume it s internal bleeding but will it heel on it s own?

Noted you are heavy drinker.....

Let me know you alcohol is gastric irritant so it can lead gastritis or ulcer....

Bleeding can occur from ulcer and appear in vomit....

Take pentoprazole for its healing for 2 week...

Better to keep alcohol intake limited.
20 gm per day is safe limit.....

Investigate with USG abdomen and LFT for liver affection rule out.....

Fruits taken more.

Excess tea and coffee avoided....
Non veg food avoided....
