What Causes Black Particles In The Urine With Hunningtons Disease?

My sister is in Nursing home with Hunningtons Disease. She has not eaten since Thanksgiving and only drinks very little water. I noticed black particals in her urine and urine is also dark. We have decided to not do feeding tube. Do you think kidneys are shutting down?

* As per my clinical experience, the Huntington disease is involving translation repeat disorders with excess glutamines.
* As there is presence of black particles in urine this definitely indicates, kidney damage through excess glutamines. I recommend to consult with all reports as scanned copy in follow up conversation for best case evaluation.
