What Causes Black Spots On The Body Of Premature Baby?

The prematuur baby (26 weeks and 3 days) of my daughter has some black spots. The baby is now 2 days old and I heard that the amount of spots still grows. The Doctors in the hospital don t know what the reason is. What is the Problem. Can you give answers
