What Causes Black Stool And Vomiting?
I ate some spicy food in night. In morning i have black stool & i vomited. Not feeling good in stomach. Went to see a doctor he gave me pantoprazole injection & tab after taking medicine for 2 days still feeling stomach upset . Is it due to some infection due to h pyrollie

Yes, this is poossible sign of stomach issues such as ullcer or h.bacter pylori infection and black stool is sometimes a sign of bleeding in gastrointestinal system so it should be taken seriously and oyu must do both gastroscopy and colonoscopy to evaluate your condtiion.
