What Causes Blackout And Dizziness After Knee Injury?

hi i hit my knee really hard yesterday and after a few minutes of anguishing pain i started blacking out my bf was talking to m e but his voice was fading away then i started puking i kinda felt as if i just wanted to sleep but i was so dizzy so tired and very disorianted i could barley speakk what happened?

Blackouts can be due a recent traumatic event, in which case you may forget everything that happened right before or right after the event.
In such a case, they should be evaluated by a medical professional to exclude a brain issue.
