What Causes Bladder Pain While Doing Physical Activities?

Hi Im a 14 year old male. I was at school one day when my bladder area began to hurt. The pain continued for two days only when I did physical activities. Is this bad?? And sometimes I get sudden attacks near my penis and anus area. They only last like three seconds but still hurt! Help!
