What Causes Bleeding After Having Intercourse?

i ve been with the same man for 3 years, me and him split about 6 months ago and we just got back together. we had sex a couple times and both times i noticed i was bleeding. ive got tested im clean with stds. what could be the cause of the bleeding? i was thinking maybe it was because we havent had sex in a while and he is pretty well endowed.

Bleeding from vaginal after intercourse could be due to injury to vaginal during rough intercourse.
This is specifically known as post-coital bleeding.
Other reasons includes infection, cervical dysplasia, polyps, fibroid and many more.
