What Causes Bleeding After Sex And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Hi, On Sunday night I ended up getting really drunk and having sex with a guy in the woods. Not only am I covered in an enormous amount of mosquito bites but I was bleeding alot that night. I was unsure why and then I realized that it looks as if there is hanging skin. It also really burns when I pee so I thought it was just a bladder infection. This morning, it smelt extremely strong. What is going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection.

I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest taking a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.

I also suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
