What Causes Bleeding As There Is No UTI?

Hello, my name is Charles. I went to an urologist Thursday for what I thought was UTI. I did a second urine test and my RBC was 37. I have been on medication for infection for a week. However, no infection was found. I have to be scoped the 1st week of November. Should I wait? I m still bleeding

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have bleeding in urine. You don't have any infection so it could be some kidney or bladder pathology. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination and urine cytology. You should also go for ultrasound abdomen. This will help you to search the cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Don't wait. Just consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
