Hello,

Blood coming out at the end of motion is due to piles if you also do suffer of piles. Having spicy, oily, chilly foods might irritate the rectum and aggravate piles and bleeding.

Try to be careful with food you consume. Increase water and fluids intake. Avoid alcohol or caffeinated drinks. If piles are present, apply anti-hemorrhoid ointment locally. If persisting, should consult with proctologist and run colonoscopy and anoscopy to examine the anus and colon.

All the best. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
