What Causes Bleeding Beside The Rectum?

I have had two fistula surgeries and have been doing well for 7 months. Today I noticed a little place outside of my rectum (almost beside it) that felt a little soft or puffy. Tonight it bled out. I am scared to death it the start of another fistula. However reading on line, it seems it could be an external hemrroid. What do you think it sounds like?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

Right that redish growth around anus is mostly external hemorroid.
External hemorroid is dilated vein area.

External hemorroid can bleed easily.....
Antiinflamatory ointment can use to hemorroid area.

Before any diagnosis anorectal examination is helpful for diagnosis.
Do some diet modifications like. ...
Drink more water.
Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Take more fiber foods to avoid constipation problem.
Stool softner can also use.

Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Thank you very much.
