What Causes Bleeding Between Periods?

I just finished my period three days ago, I m still experiencing some light bloody discharge which is rare for me. But my main concern is a rash that is bumpy and very tender on the outside of my vagina toward my anus. I have had the same sexual partner for years and there is no chance of exposure to an std. It area also feels very sore like a pulled muscle but is not itchy.....Any thoughts?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your problem. I suggest to see a OBGYN specialist as you need a proper local and internal examination, especially the bumpy rash you have mentioned. Any kind of malignancy should be ruled out by appropriate examination and investigations, though your lesion doesn't seem to be malignant by description.
Please do get back to me if needed.
Wishing you good health.
