What Causes Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi. I am havin pcos and now I am preg. My 1st level of hcg was 29. And next day i started bleeding. Doc asked me to do a blood again the next day and hcg showed 41.25. Now its 4th day of my bleeding. Is it normal to bleed. I dont have any pain and the bleeding is not very high.

this is threatened abortion. unless the heart beat of the foetus is confirmed on transvaginal ultrasound, viability of the foetus cannot be established. bedrest is advisable along with progestational support provided the fetal pole is visible with heart beat to ensure fetus is alive, else abortion has ensued. get a transvaginal ultrasound done asap.
