What Causes Bleeding During Urination?
Hi, this is such new thing for me, im 27 years old, and its been week that ive notice that whenever i urinate, there is blood on my toilet paper, i think its not came from my anal area, i wipe only near my vaginal area. its not painful, i dont feel anything sore. I try putting pantyliners but there is no blood in it. Blood just present only after i urinate at toilet paper. PLease help.

Hello
For bleeding during urination,you need clinical correlation and investigations.
It may be due to local cause,infection,calculus etc.
Besides clinical examination,I suggest investigations like routine hemogram,urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound can exclude many possibilities.
Treatment depend upon findings.
