What Causes Bleeding From Bowels?
Husband has been bleeding from the bowels for two day. 1st day lots of blood clots now just blood. Went to ER and they said nothing is wrong and sent him home. He is on coumadin since he had his aorta valve replaced. His coumadin check was 4.1.

You are taking Coumadin that drug side effects is bleeding .so inform your doctor about your bleeding problem.
Following are the other cause for blood in stool like....
Intestinal infection,
peptic ulcer,
diverticulitis,
hemorroid etc.....
Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for diagnose.
Abdominal x ray can done for further diagnosis.
