What Causes Bleeding From Gums?

My almost 2 yr old has what it looks like to be bread in between her 2 front teeth. I tried to take her toothbrush and remove it and her gums started to bleed . You can see she is in pain. I thought she wasn t eating cause of her 2 yr mollers but now I m thinking infection

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
Gums are very delicate in a 2 years old baby.
The bristles of the tooth brush may injure gums and lead to bleeding.
Gum infection and vitamin C deficiency may lead to bleeding .
within 1-2days if the bleeding does not subside consult your doctor/ dentist.
