Dear you may be suffering from gastro pharygeal reflex which causes pharyngitis with bleeding.
Other possible causes are gingivitis, stomatitis, glossitis, trauma while brushing etc...


Use tab Nexium before breakfast and avoid spicy oily food. Consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
