Hello, this may be nothing, but, me and my friend where attacked by two males a week ago, and I was kicked quite hard in the lower left hand side of my stomach, It felt bruised and painful for a few days, yesterday I had severe stomach pains, similar to period cramps but a lot worse, felt as if I was burning up and about to faint, however, it only lasted 15 minutes, today I have come on my period, went for a run, and my belly button started bleeding, there are no cuts, it's not itchy or sore, no discharge,..I Don't know if it is anything I should worry about? I am 23, female, 5ft 6in and I weigh 8 and a half stone. I have no medical problems, Thank you
