What Causes Bleeding, Mucous In Stools?

I have been experiencing purplish color blood on toilet paper after I wipe as well as my stool coated with red blood and a bit of mucus. I do not have hemorrhoids to my knowledge. I have had bouts of constipation. IBS-C but have been making a movement basically everyday for the past month. I have been juicing for the last 25 days as part of my daily regimen to have a healthier lifestyle. I am 43 years old wondering if this is normal? I don t have a Dr. So I would have to go to a walk in clinic.
